Attracting and keeping a diverse workforce is more crucial than ever in today's competitive labor market. Diversity not only benefits businesses in terms of innovation and creativity, but also contributes to the development of a workplace culture of inclusion and equality. How can businesses effectively attract and keep diverse staff in a competitive labor market? 

The answer lies in creating a comprehensive and inclusive recruitment and retention strategy that values diversity and promotes inclusivity. The following are some key strategies that companies can implement to attract and retain a diverse workforce:
