Royalty Medical Solutions embarked on its journey in 2010, initially established as a healthcare marketing company. However, as we delved deeper into the industry, our clients began seeking assistance in the crucial task of staffing urgent positions. This organic demand prompted our pivot towards medical practice recruitment, catering to institutions across Southern California.

What is the biggest challenge that you see for the current workforce?

Amid the pandemic, we identified another pressing need within the healthcare sector—crisis staffing. To address this challenge effectively, we forged a partnership with Bestica, Inc., based in San Antonio. Together, we navigated the tumultuous waters of healthcare staffing during a crisis, further solidifying our commitment to providing crucial solutions.
In the current staffing landscape, one of the foremost challenges we encounter is the prevalent trend of companies aiming to reduce their reliance on staffing agencies. While this may seem like a prevailing sentiment, it's essential to recognize it as a cyclical phase within the industry. As demands inevitably rise, healthcare organizations often find that managing every aspect in-house becomes overwhelming, leading them back to seeking the support of trusted partners and agencies.

Do you use AI and how has it helped you?

To stay at the forefront of innovation, we've harnessed the power of artificial intelligence (AI) throughout our operations. From crafting persuasive sales and candidate emails to refining job descriptions, AI has played a pivotal role in streamlining our processes. Furthermore, automation, in the form of our trusty "Betty Bot," keeps our communication efficient. Betty reaches out to our extensive databases, ensuring they remain current within our system and proactively shares the latest job opportunities on a weekly basis.

I'm an advocate for collaboration, especially when it comes to what I call "splits." Anyone seeking assistance can simply reach out, and I'm always open to engaging in direct hire recruiting endeavors.

What is one memory that you think about that was a game changer in your career.
